Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Retirement Service Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing effective working relationships with team and internal departments
  • Ensuring inquires and issues are resolved and service levels are met
  • Assessing client objectives, needs and behaviors to suggest changes

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years direct client experience and Retirement Services industry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications, specifically Word and Excel
  • Experience with plan recordkeeping and trust reconciliation
  • Experience with financial services systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
