A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Retirement Service Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing effective working relationships with team and internal departments
- Ensuring inquires and issues are resolved and service levels are met
- Assessing client objectives, needs and behaviors to suggest changes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years direct client experience and Retirement Services industry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications, specifically Word and Excel
- Experience with plan recordkeeping and trust reconciliation
- Experience with financial services systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
