Remote Retirement Services Specialist

Job Summary

A financial services and investment firm has a current position open for a Remote Retirement Services Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Enable successful achievement of sales targets
• Ensures Incoming Rollovers requests are in compliance
• Answer and respond appropriately to operational and procedural inquiries

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations required within corporate-established timelines
• 2 years’ experience in the defined contribution recordkeeping or plan administration business
• Technical experience with pension rules and regulations
• Experience managing multiple priorities and ability to handle stressful situations and people daily
• Basic working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Software
