Job Summary
A software technology company has an open position for a Remote Retirement State Plans Financial Services Operator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Prepare all State transaction processing using proper systems, mechanisms available, processing steps
- Monitor daily General Ledger interface process
- Provide client with all essential communication required to ensure that processing is efficient
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience
- 3-5 years of accounting, financial services or similar environment
- 1-year retirement plan record-keeping or directly related experience
- Strong analytical/problem solving
- Ability to research and resolve complex issues usually requiring the coordination of multiple resources
