Job Summary
An accredited, for-profit university needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Returning Student Advisor Trainee in Lenexa.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Representing the university's fundamental principles and mission
- Meeting or exceeding enrollment objectives
- Making outbound and taking inbound calls from potential returning students
Required Skills:
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience required
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Experience working with students is preferred
- The ability to work a flexible work schedule, which may include weekend and evenings is required
- Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills & the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
