Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Revenue Accountant in Greenville.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the revenue recognition function through contract review
- Own cross-functional work cycle with Sales function
- Present findings and revenue conclusions to both internal and external stakeholders
Position Requirements Include:
- Strong technical accounting skills and exposure to revenue recognition rules
- Impeccable attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Experience in researching accounting literature to resolve complex U.S. GAAP technical issues
- Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting or Finance
- 2 years public accounting audit experience with a focus on revenue recognition
