Job Summary

A telecommunications company has a current position open for a Remote Revenue Accounting Manager.

Must be able to:

• Supervise the day-to-day responsibilities of the Revenue Accounting team, which includes GL accounting
• Establish and maintain cross-functional relationships with Legal, Sales Operations, Finance, Service and Support, and Tax teams
• Analyze sales contracts to ensure revenue is recorded in accordance with ASC 606

Qualifications Include:

• Revenue recognition experience is required
• Bachelor or Masters’ degree in Accounting with a minimum of 7 years of progressive revenue accounting experience
• Recent experience with high-growth, multinational, public companies, and M&A-oriented businesses
• Deep experience and passion for financial systems and tools including large ERP systems (Oracle or SAP) and reporting systems
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint/storytelling skills
• Comprehensive understanding of revenue accounting in a manufacturing and SaaS environment
