Remote Revenue Cycle Business Analyst

Job Summary

A technology-enabled primary care healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Revenue Cycle Business Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Complete regular root cause analysis of financial transactions
• Develop dashboards and reports to track metrics, financial opportunities and key performance indicators
• Perform analysis of financial performance of the revenue cycle function to identify areas of opportunity

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience performing business analysis
• Proven history of analyzing and developing solutions to complex problems
• Experience building reports or dashboards in Tableau required
• Experience focused on gathering information and analyzing data to produce reports and ad hoc requests
• Experience in a Revenue cycle team and knowledge of healthcare billing (ICD-10, HCPCS, CPT) and medical terminology required
• Strong communication skills both in written and verbal formats including summarizing data, presenting results
