Job Summary
A healthcare technology and services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Revenue Cycle Management Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Compile and monitor operational revenue cycle reporting to identify risks and/or opportunities
- Support process and workflow monitoring across all RCM processes
- Collaborate with customer staff and management levels on day-to-day operational questions/resolutions
Position Requirements Include:
- Have at least 1 year experience within oncology
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Are familiar with online insurance portals, clearing houses, and insurance guidelines/policies
- Have exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Have proficient computer and Microsoft Excel skills
- At least 1-5 years healthcare experience with billing/revenue cycle management technology, process improvement, and/or workflow implementations
