• Completing tasks in accordance with payor requirements and agency policy
• Supervising processes by maintaining complete and accurate records

Skills and Requirements Include:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Strong communication skills, oral and written
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Two (2)+ years experience of revenue cycle management
• Demonstrates excellent communication and customer service skills under duress and in a fast pace
• Self-motivated; reliable; strong attention to details
