Job Summary

A practice management firm is in need of a Remote Revenue Cycle Management Operations Vice President in Orange.

Must be able to:

• Liaise between internal and system Revenue Cycle / Finance leadership in ensuring the alignment of operational standards and priorities
• Deliver results by improving Case Mix Index (CMI), charge capture, and cash flow outcomes
• Collaborate and promote a long-term revenue cycle vision that is optimized and modified each year

Required Skills:

• 8-10 years experience of Revenue Cycle Management
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
• Member of HFMA or other similar Healthcare finance or Revenue cycle industry professional association
• Strong working knowledge of middle / Revenue Integrity functions
• Broad understanding and experience within hospital and physician operations in an integrated health system
• Consulting background with significant experience running large, high-growth projects
