Remote Revenue Cycle Management Success Manager
Job Summary
A information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Revenue Cycle Management Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning the RCM relationship with assigned Members to ensure quality service and member retention
- Providing Month End Financial Reports to assigned Members either by meeting or reporting dashboards
- Developing sufficient product knowledge to demonstrate billing expertise to our Members
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Successful track record working with Executive and Financial Teams, clinical teams, RCM, or similar combination
- 5 years of experience in full revenue cycle medical billing
- 2 years of leadership, account management or sales experience
- 2 years of experience supporting small to mid-sized practices
- Post secondary education or training
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software tools
