A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Revenue Cycle Management Vice President in Irving.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring customer requirements are consistently understood and met
- Developing a go to market scalable operating and delivery model that differentiates us in the market place
- Maintaining predictable consistency in all elements of operational performance
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- 10+ years of experience of senior executive level experience within a physician BPO or medical group
- 10+ years in a leadership capacity leading and motivating a diverse workforce
- In-depth knowledge of various healthcare / ambulatory revenue cycle models and the current healthcare market
- Experience developing and executing new strategies in complex, multi-stakeholder settings
- Experience with quality and performance improvement techniques
