A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Revenue Cycle Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Implementing corrective action plans to address areas of concern with client's A/R
- Assisting with team development, including on-going mentoring and training
- Keeping current on payment trends and coding changes as well as payer requirement changes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- High School Diploma/GED required
- 3 years current medical billing experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and healthcare
- Experience using medical billing software required
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with a variety of personality types
