A wellness company has an open position for a Remote Revenue Cycle Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Being responsible for daily management of RCM functions
• Being responsible for SOP creation and subsequent updates to support daily workflows
• Supporting all revenue cycle functions including system billing and reporting

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of end to end revenue cycle experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field required
• 2+ years of people management or supervisory experience required
• Experience with preparing and analyzing reports such as A/R Aging, Monthly Collections, and Outstanding Denials
• Understanding CMS policy guidelines and state regulations as it pertains to RCM activities
• Medical claims processing/management (required)
