Job Summary

A single-specialty health management services organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Revenue Cycle Manager Analyst in Norfolk.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Analyzing insurance denial trends and create front end edits/rules
• Creating and tracking payer project plans
• Maintaining library of process, policy, and training documents

Skills and Requirements Include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years’ experience as a biller, collector, coder, or back office support staff
• Knowledge of payer websites, processes, local, state, and federal requirements
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and issues effectively and simultaneously
