Job Summary
A single-specialty health management services organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Revenue Cycle Manager Analyst in Norfolk.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing insurance denial trends and create front end edits/rules
- Creating and tracking payer project plans
- Maintaining library of process, policy, and training documents
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years’ experience as a biller, collector, coder, or back office support staff
- Knowledge of payer websites, processes, local, state, and federal requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and issues effectively and simultaneously
