Job Summary

A digital healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Revenue Cycle Services Training Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with operational managers and Quality Assurance team to identify training needs
  • Coordinating and collaborate with HR on new incoming new hire employees
  • Creating and scheduling all New Hire training in Training Calendar

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience in Health Care Clinical Systems
  • Minimum 5 years of experience developing and delivering training programs
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management and other departments
  • Exceptional organizational skills and leadership attributes
  • Experience in Health Care Revenue Cycle Management
  • Self-directed learner who is curious about new ideas and passionate about your own learning
