A digital healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Revenue Cycle Services Training Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with operational managers and Quality Assurance team to identify training needs
- Coordinating and collaborate with HR on new incoming new hire employees
- Creating and scheduling all New Hire training in Training Calendar
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience in Health Care Clinical Systems
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing and delivering training programs
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and other departments
- Exceptional organizational skills and leadership attributes
- Experience in Health Care Revenue Cycle Management
