Remote Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Process dental claims for payment by insurance companies, ensuring timely coding, billing, and collections
• Perform manual and electronic posting functions for all payors/patient accounts, including cash balancing and reconciliation
• Conduct follow-up and collections activities, resolving claims that have been rejected or denied by insurance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of Dental or Medical experience
• Prior experience in Dental Office workflows and Revenue Cycle functions
• Experience with practice management software systems and insurance portals
• Strong computer literacy and excellent math skills
