Job Summary

Remote Revenue Cycle Specialist, seeking an experienced individual for a fully remote contract role focused on Charge Description Master (CDM) maintenance, coding compliance, and charge capture in healthcare revenue cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Charge Description Master (CDM) for accurate billing and compliance
• Support charge capture across hospital departments and analyze revenue data to resolve discrepancies
• Perform CDM audits and provide education on charging and coding compliance to departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Finance, Business, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
• 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare finance, revenue cycle, or CDM maintenance required
• Coding certification required (CPC, CCS, or equivalent)
• Experience with EPIC and Craneware required
• Strong knowledge of CPT/HCPCS coding and billing systems
