Job Summary

Seeking a data-driven hospitality leader, the full-time Remote Revenue Management Director will lead revenue strategy, optimize pricing, and drive profitability while collaborating with on-site teams to maximize performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the revenue strategy to enhance market share, RevPAR, and overall profitability
• Develop and execute dynamic pricing and inventory strategies based on market conditions and demand analysis
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results across all distribution channels

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of progressive Revenue Management experience within the hospitality industry
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of hotel revenue management principles and pricing strategies
• Experience with hospitality revenue management systems and hotel sales CRM platforms
