Job Summary

A financial and business services company is in need of a Remote Revenue Network Analysis Module Talent Acquisition Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing business specific management information on request, both quantitative and qualitative
• Driving initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team
• Working with out Revenue departments in NAM to understand their recruitment needs

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of in-house recruitment experience
• Domain recruiting experience ideally for a startup or high tech company
• Proficient at developing strong relationships with business leaders
• Creative thinker that can also be the tactical implementer of new programs
• Ability to handle ambiguity and a fast paced environment
• Ability to work with out Revenue departments in NAM to understand their recruitment needs
