Job Summary

A research software developer is seeking a Remote Revenue Operations Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Pinpointing the points of greatest friction, confusion, or frustration
  • Understanding our most important data at the granular level
  • Ensuring near real-time KPI reporting for the benefit of everyone

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 1 or 2 company retreats per year
  • Technically savvy / self directed learner
  • A track record with most/all of: Salesforce, Outreach, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Stripe, Zendesk
  • Comfortable with lots of data, and capable of summarizing that data succinctly
  • 2+ years of revenue operations experience (ideally at a B2B SaaS company)
