Job Summary
A home warranty and services company is in need of a Remote Revenue Operations Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps Teams
- Lead change management efforts to support the rollout of new processes
- Collaborate with the teams to ensure Sales and Success CRM needs are being met
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years sales or success operations experience
- 1+ years experience in an operations role working with Salesforce CRM
- SFDC certification
- Experience administering or implementing sales tools including Gong, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft etc
- Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training required
