An e-commerce marketplace is filling a position for a Remote Revenue Operations Associate in San Francisco.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing global sales quotas and compensation design
- Managing books of business across verticals and geos for our sales teams
- Maintaining and improving monthly performance management reporting to assess individual and team performance across our sales functions
Qualifications for this position include:
- A Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3 years of experience across business operations, business analytics, sales operations, consulting, or investment banking
- You are highly analytical and detail oriented -- you can execute on complex analyses and develop clear, accurate, and actionable reporting
- Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of compensation tools like CaptivateIQ
