Job Summary

A platform-oriented company is filling a position for a Remote Revenue Operations Director.

Must be able to:

  • Build out core revenue operations processes and systems
  • Empower and guide CS, Sales and Marketing on best practices
  • Own the sales forecasting process

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years administration experience with best-in-class CRM and related tools
  • Prior experience building out a RevOps tech stack and organization from scratch
  • Ability to conceptualize business processes, clearly illustrate pain points, and recommend changes
  • Ability to tell the story and present the results in a clear and interesting way
  • Implement communication structure between Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
  • Build key metrics to measure sales effectiveness and collaboration across all three groups
