An advertising and website optimization company has an open position for a Remote Revenue Operations Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning execution and operational excellence of Revenue/GTM teams
- Establishing and overseeing business processes and procedures
- Driving growth initiatives
Qualifications for this position include:
- We meet in person for company get-togethers
- 6+ years experience in Sales and/or Marketing Operations, and process design
- 4+ years of people management experience
- Cross-functional leader with indirect influence finesse and excellent stakeholder management
- Able to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and simple action plans
- Experience with business case development, and go-to-market strategy and operations
