Job Summary

A software technology company has an open position for a Remote Revenue Operations Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing the Customer Payment Support reps on customer AR, billing inquiries or collections issues
• Driving process improvement initiatives needed to increase team efficiency
• Working closely with the Company's Commerce development teams on feature development

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
• Fluency in English
• 10+ years experience in a finance role managing teams of people
• Extensive knowledge and experience in the Quote to Cash process
• Proficiency in U.S. GAAP, Revenue Recognition and Sarbanes Oxley
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to work with large quantities of data
