Job Summary

Analyzing patterns and making data-driven decisions, the full-time salaried Remote Revenue Operations Manager will oversee ad operations, manage vendor relationships, and optimize revenue generation across the publisher network.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the escalation point for troubleshooting and implementation of ad operations
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Lead the team in identifying and correcting inaccuracies in revenue and KPI metrics
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in the Digital Media/ad tech space, preferably with a major SSP/DSP or large-scale publisher
  • 2+ years managing Customer Success and/or Ad Operations teams
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in Google Ad Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics
  • Deep understanding of ad monetization at scale, including programmatic processes
