Remote Revenue Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Revenue Operations Manager to manage and optimize their HubSpot CRM system and its integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HubSpot administration and integrations across core revenue-related systems
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance teams to optimize go-to-market processes
• Develop and maintain automated workflows to streamline Revenue Operations processes and ensure data integrity

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations
• 3+ years of experience with HubSpot Enterprise CRM, HubSpot certification preferred
• Expertise in API development, integrations, and advanced workflow logic
• Hands-on experience in at least one programming language (Python or JavaScript preferred)
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and technical teams
