Job Summary
A cloud-based Asset Operations Management software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Revenue Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Defining the revenue operations strategy as it aligns and integrates the customer-facing teams
- Defining, building, and optimizing the lead, sales cycle, and post sales cycle process
- Managing relationship and program execution with strategic outsourced rev ops agency
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS or related field
- Certified Salesforce.com Administrator
- Experience administering systems such as SFDC, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, etc
- 3+ total years of operating experience in either Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Operations
- Managing, triaging, and resolving user submitted issues via ticketing system
- SQL coding
