A software solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Revenue Operations Platform Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Advising customers on best practices for transforming their revenue operations with the platform
- Conduct quarterly account performance planning and reviews
- Managing the success of assigned customers to deliver consistent value across the entire customer lifecycle
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success roles
- Verifiable track record of customer retention and growth
- Sense of ownership, dedication, and passion for helping customers
- Aptitude for learning software and Revenue Operations
- Ability to explain complex data relationships and technical issues in non-technical terms
- Technical knowledge as it pertains to CRM solutions or willingness to learn
