Job Summary

A software solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Revenue Operations Platform Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Advising customers on best practices for transforming their revenue operations with the platform
  • Conduct quarterly account performance planning and reviews
  • Managing the success of assigned customers to deliver consistent value across the entire customer lifecycle

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success roles
  • Verifiable track record of customer retention and growth
  • Sense of ownership, dedication, and passion for helping customers
  • Aptitude for learning software and Revenue Operations
  • Ability to explain complex data relationships and technical issues in non-technical terms
  • Technical knowledge as it pertains to CRM solutions or willingness to learn
