Job Summary
A think tank for women in business is filling a position for a Remote Revenue Operations Senior Director in New York City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Determining and directing operational priorities connected to new member acquisition, growth and retention
- Being a thought partner across revenue leadership on short and long-range strategies and planning
- Leading change management processes to build organizational understanding of proposed initiatives
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years of Sales Ops/Revenue Ops experience, and 5 years of people leadership
- Strong vision for the revenue operations department
- Skilled in the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to cross-functional audiences
- Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills with the ability to develop strong relationships at all levels of management
- Results-oriented and an exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to set a vision, execute on a strategy and roll up your sleeves to get into the details when necessary
