- Be able to manage, use, and optimize tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Google Analytics
- Have a proven track record of using data to help sales "hit their number"
- Be a data-driven marketing wizard
- Have very strong marketing data management chops.
