Job Summary
A insurance exchange technology development company has a current position open for a Remote Revenue Operations Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on KPIs and identify areas for improvement
- Boosting sales productivity by refining customer segmentation, simplifying the sales process and identifying friction points
- Forming strong relationships and maintain regular contact with Sales Managers, Sales Representatives and Sales Leaders
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Mastery of Salesforce and Excel. Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, Pardot and Salesloft
- Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system & process requirements, and ensure execution
- 1-2 years experience in sales or business role
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations with proficiency creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards
- Proven excellence multi tasking, prioritizing projects and meeting deadlines and goals
