Remote Revenue Operations VP in Austin

Job Summary

An international company that specializes in web application security is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Revenue Operations VP .

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Driving GTM strategy, process optimization, territory planning, commission plans, quote-to-contract deal execution and sales enablement
• Providing leadership to the sales organization and counsel to the CRO in implementing GTM organization goals
• Partnering with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Legal on pricing optimization, contract standardization, and quote-to-contract efficiencies

Required Skills:

• Experience managing rigorous corporate programs applying standard SaaS sales benchmarks
• Experience with GTM tools like Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and others
• Highly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently with minimum supervision
• The ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the Sales Department and support appropriate processes to facilitate achievement of business objectives
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
