Job Summary

A social media company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Revenue Risk Policy Operations Associate Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing the strategy and execution of fraud & risk enforcement
  • Proactively and reactively identifying patterns of malicious activity
  • Serving as an internal fraud & risk expert for internal and external customers

Qualifications Include:

  • 3-4+ years of experience in a risk-related technical role or operational role
  • Track record of planning, executing, and delivering results for complex and cross-functional technical projects
  • Experience working with third party payment processors, fraud and/or identity verification vendors
  • Experience making quick and effective decisions that could have down stream operational impacts
  • Ability to work productively in a fast moving, cross-functional, and at times ambiguous environment
  • Exceptional leadership skills and ability to influence at senior levels
