Remote Revenue Systems Support Specialist
Job Summary
A health services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Revenue Systems Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintain Imagine system mappings and Non-Post under 3 business days
- Reviewing and releasing Uninsured PIF/Payment Plan Statements
- Researching and gathering information required to create and follow up on support tickets
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Two plus years’ experience working within a healthcare billing environm
- Healthcare EMR/billing system experience - required
- Ability to continuously “exceed” company and customer expectation
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
- Working knowledge of AR/denials, payments, refunds, authorizations and payer fee schedules is preferred
