Job Summary
A reverse mortgage lending company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Reverse Mortgage Closer in Mahwah.
Must be able to:
- Complete a pre-closing checklist to ensure file is complete and compliant
- Prepare all closing documents required to close mortgage loans
- Audit closing documents and file based on audit procedures
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Reverse mortgage industry experienced is a must
- Minimum of three years as a Reverse Closer or Funder
- Ability to develop and maintain files and records
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
- Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures
- Must at all times demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors
