Job Summary

A reverse mortgage provider has an open position for a Remote Reverse Mortgage Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering inbound and outbound calls for new and existing customers
  • Entering customer data to accurately capture borrower's information
  • Examining customer problems and implements appropriate corrective action to respond to customer requests

Qualifications Include:

  • 1-2 years related experience in customer service/call center
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Must be able to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment and multi-task effectively and efficiently
  • Strong listening skills to overcome customer objections
