Job Summary
A reverse mortgage provider has an open position for a Remote Reverse Mortgage Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering inbound and outbound calls for new and existing customers
- Entering customer data to accurately capture borrower's information
- Examining customer problems and implements appropriate corrective action to respond to customer requests
Qualifications Include:
- 1-2 years related experience in customer service/call center
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Must be able to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and multi-task effectively and efficiently
- Strong listening skills to overcome customer objections
