Job Summary

A full service mortgage lender is filling a position for a Remote Reverse Mortgage Loan Processor in Walnut Creek.

Must be able to:

• Review new loan submissions from Loan Officer or Approval Specialist within 48 hours of receipt
• Manage the specific requirements, documentation, and needs of reverse mortgage borrowers
• Manage the closing calendar with wholesale reverse mortgage lenders

Required Skills:

• Occasional travel to the branch will be required for business reasons
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook applications
• Must be proficient in DU/DO, LP, and major Originating systems
• Must have reverse mortgage experience and understand the reverse mortgage process
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
