Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Reverse Mortgage Processor III in San Diego.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Gathering, organizing and tracking loan documentation
• Processing FHA applications from time of receipt of application to submission of the loan package to funding
• Resolving customer service issues

Position Requirements Include:

• Computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications
• Must have experience using Reverse Vision software
• Must have been processing Reverse Loans in the last 3 years
• Must be able to process 20 loans in your pipeline
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Must be able to update and brief sales staff on loan approvals
