Job Summary

A provider of reverse mortgage services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Reverse Mortgage Underwriter IV in Orange.

Must be able to:

• Respond to QC audits
• Perform mortgage documentation, collateral and credit analysis
• Provide training and mentoring of DE Underwriter I, II or III

Required Skills:

• Minimum 7+ year’s current mortgage underwriting experience
• High school diploma or equivalent minimum
• DE certification with active CHUMS ID
• Minimum 3+ year’s current FHA underwriting experience (investor required)
