A software company has an open position for a Remote RevOps Sales Compensation Manager.

- Driving global incentive strategy and sales compensation plan design
- Acting as an executive business partner to leadership while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Managing the entire incentive design process, including working with leaders
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University
- 5-7 years’ experience in Sales Compensation
- Former implementation and/or administration of commission software program
- Experience in compensation
- Ability to effectively communicate, present and articulate strategies
- Ability to influence others using data and analysis
