Job Summary
A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote RHY Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing, documenting & implementing operational processes, tooling, escalation paths and internal controls
- Establishing operations metrics and reporting and instituting a culture of continuous improvement
- Coordinating escalations & operational engagement with third-party partners & vendors to ensure world-class customer experience
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 7-10 years experience in building and scaling payments operations with a Money Services Business (MSB)
- Experience working with third-party vendors
- Experience working with cross-functional teams like Product and Engineering
- Prior experience with debit card and B2C payments onboarding/KYC, fraud, and customer service
- Ability to think critically and apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues and implement process improvements
- Execution oriented mindset with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get things done
