An information technology company is seeking a Remote Rideshare Safety Customer Service Associate in Nashville.

  • Creating an exceptional, personalized service experience for users
  • Being a calm and empathetic voice in critical and emotional situations

Required Skills:

  • 1+ years in Customer Service or Support
  • Must h=meet home office requirements listed by company
  • Able to be calm and collected in difficult and emotional situations
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Ability to type 50 WPM
  • Aptitude and willingness to learn technical concepts
