Job Summary

A technology-enabled coding services provider is in need of a Remote Risk Adjustment and Professional Fee Coding Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain an effective client relationship for the organization and build client trust
• Identify project, process and people challenges early and initiate appropriate action to address
• Manage financial outcomes (revenue and margins) for projects and reporting on results

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Up to 10% travel
• 5-7 years recent experience in Risk Adjustment and Professional Fee Medical Coding Management
• Excellent people management skills
• Must have strong financial acumen skills and an awareness of how to manage projects profitably
• Knowledge of quality improvement processes and approaches
• AAPC or AHIMA medical coding certification required
