Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Risk Adjustment Medical Coder.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality coding of medical records and maintain knowledge of coding principles and regulations
• Ensure accurate coding of services documented in patient charts, achieving 95% accuracy and maintaining productivity standards
• Collaborate with coding and billing teams to resolve coding-related issues and ensure compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in HCC Risk Adjustment Coding
• CPC or CRC certification from AAPC
• Experience with EMR systems
• Strong knowledge of Federal & State Coding regulations and guidelines
