Job Summary

Supporting enterprise risk adjustment programs, the full-time Remote Risk Adjustment Coordinator will coordinate chart retrieval projects, manage provider communications, and maintain documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate chart retrieval projects and ensure records are routed to appropriate resources
  • Monitor and manage the central risk adjustment mailbox, routing correspondence to relevant associates
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for providers regarding risk adjustment programs and related applications
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Healthcare, Claims Processing, Administrative, or Provider Relations
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Claims or Managed Care environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Word
  • Basic understanding of medical coding and health information data
