Job Summary
A health insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Risk Adjustment Record Retrieval Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with provider offices through phone calls and visits
- Travelling locally in Albany, NY and the surrounding area
- Using multiple EMR systems to access records following all HIPAA guidelines
Position Requirements Include:
- 1 or more years of technical experience working with various Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- 1 or more experience in a hospital and/or provider setting
- Must reside in Albany, NY and the surrounding area
- Must be available to travel up to 100% of the time, occasional overnights
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
