Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Risk Adjustment Strategy Associate Vice President.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Leverage deep understanding of risk adjustment models across multiple lines of business
• Develop and execute the overall prospective and retrospective work plan
• Lead all Risk Adjustment compliance process, meetings, metrics and updates to policies and procedures

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 10+ years managed care experience, with 7+ years with leadership-level experience
• Experience with multiple risk adjustment models for Marketplace, Medicaid and/or Medicare
• Experience in a complex healthcare delivery environment
• Possess a proven track record of leading and developing high performance teams
• Excellent leadership skills including ability to think strategically, develop vision, and execute effectively
• Proven ability to innovate and drive large organizational change
