Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Risk Management and Quality Assurance Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing, triaging, investigating, and reporting on patient care events and patient complaints
- Serving as immediate clinical escalation point to provide on-call guidance for clinical and field operations team
- Being broadly responsible for risk identification and mitigation through risk assessments
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a Risk Management role with experience working in or with a quality department
- Data-driven mindset with ability to leverage data to assess risk/quality gaps and execute action plans for improvement
- 5+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (or higher level)
- Strong technical skills and fluency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Athena EHR
- Comfortable creating spreadsheets, dashboards, and other data-aggregation metrics
